Refund Policy for Playful Picks

THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:
Our estimated shipping time is between 8-12 days, excluding preparation and handling, which takes between 1 to 3 days. If your products have not arrived within 15 days, please allow up to 20 days for delivery, as there can be delays due to weather, postal services, or customs. If your products still have not arrived after 25 days, please contact us, and we will issue you a 100% refund immediately.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos of the item and email them to our customer support team at contact@PlayfulPicks.com. After verification of the issue, we will offer you two options:

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN MANUFACTURER FAULT AFTER USE:
If your product is defective or stops working within 14 days of arrival, please contact us at contact@PlayfulPicks.com. You can return the product to us at your expense, and we will either:
CHANGE OF OPINION:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your product to return it to us. To initiate the return, please email us at contact@PlayfulPicks.com, and we will provide you with a return address. Please note:
EXCHANGE:
If you wish to exchange your product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to return the item to us at your expense. For assistance, contact our support at contact@PlayfulPicks.com.
WRONG PRODUCT:
If you received the wrong product, you have 14 days to return it to us at your expense, and we will provide you with a 100% refund.
