CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
Once an order is placed, changes to your billing or shipping address are not guaranteed. If you need to update any information, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@PlayfulPicks.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address. However, once the package is dispatched, we cannot change the shipping details.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment is successfully processed, we will send you a confirmation email. You can also log into your account at www.PlayfulPicks.com to view your order status. If payment has been received, the status will show as "Processing".

Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. After your order is confirmed and payment is cleared, your invoice will be sent to you by email.

How can I find out about shipping charges?

Can I send my purchase as a gift to a different address?
Yes! We can ship your order to a different address. Just provide the alternative address during checkout.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email within 24–48 hours containing your shipment tracking number. This will allow you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your door.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Note: Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to become active in the courier's system.

Where is my confirmation email?
